1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Cameo ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, Macroblink grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Cameo on up to two (2) devices that you own or control, subject to the terms of your subscription or one-time purchase.

• Monthly/Yearly Subscription: Access to all features and updates during the subscription period.
• Lifetime License: Perpetual access to version 1.x updates. Major version upgrades (2.0+) may require additional purchase.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Rent, lease, or lend the Software to third parties
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices on the Software

4. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our merchant of record. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes based on your location.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Cameo, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

Cameo and all related trademarks, logos, and content are the property of Macroblink. Your purchase grants you a license to use the Software, not ownership of the Software itself.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MACROBLINK BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Software. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
